Mallory Lopata

Mallory works with clients in handling business and general litigation, tax controversy, and tax litigation.  She graduated Cum Laude from Charleston School of Law.  

While attending law school she worked as an Intern with the Charleston County Probate Court, as well as working with and assisting Mr. Cooper with bankruptcy filings, tax litigation, and other general business & litigation matters.  Mallory was also a member of the Federal Courts Law Review and served as their Publications Editor.

While in law school, she became highly interested in and diligently studied areas such as federal income tax, partnership tax, estate and gift tax, civil tax procedure and litigation and other various areas of law.  

Originally from Great Falls, Virginia, Mallory attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Distinction in History in 2007.
